By communicating via SMS or electronic means, you acknowledge that:

  • Text messaging is not a fully secure communication method

  • Messages may be stored by carriers or devices

  • Tiny Uberzz is not responsible for unauthorized access caused by carrier, device, or third-party vulnerabilities

You consent to receive service-related communications via SMS.

 

7. DATA RETENTION

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide services

  • Maintain business records

  • Resolve disputes

  • Comply with legal requirements

You acknowledge that:

  • Transportation services involve public environments

  • Absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • Tiny Uberzz shall not be liable for unauthorized access, data breaches, or misuse caused by third parties

14. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina.
Exclusive venue for disputes shall be Lexington County, South Carolina.

 

15. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
