This Refund Policy governs all payments made to Tiny Uberzz (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) for private transportation services. By submitting payment, requesting service, or entering a vehicle, you acknowledge, accept, and agree to this Refund Policy in full.
1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
To the maximum extent permitted by South Carolina law, all payments made to Tiny Uberzz are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy.
Tiny Uberzz operates as a private, pre-arranged transportation service, not a public carrier. Payment secures availability, time, and operational commitment and is not contingent upon ride completion.
2. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds will not be issued for, including but not limited to:

Customer no-shows

Late cancellations
-
Failure to be present at pickup location

Incorrect or incomplete pickup/drop-off information

Delays caused by traffic, weather, or road conditions
-
Changes in plans after payment
-
Disagreement with route, ETA, or pricing after acceptance

Termination of service due to passenger conduct
-
Violation of company policies or terms
-
Refusal to follow safety instructions
-
Stops exceeding agreed limits or duration
3. PAYMENT-RELATED ACKNOWLEDGMENTS
By submitting payment, you acknowledge that:

Payment confirms acceptance of all company policies

Payment authorizes service preparation and dispatch

Payment is not contingent upon ride completion

No chargeback, reversal, or payment dispute is permitted
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or third-party dispute may result in permanent refusal of future service and recovery of associated costs.
4. LIMITED REFUND ELIGIBILITY
A refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Tiny Uberzz only in the following circumstances:

Service is canceled by Tiny Uberzz prior to pickup

Duplicate or accidental payment is verified

Payment is accepted in error by the Company
All refund decisions are final.
5. PARTIAL SERVICES & INTERRUPTIONS
No refunds will be issued for:

Partial rides
-
Early termination due to passenger conduct

Voluntary exit from the vehicle
-
Delays or interruptions outside company control
6. STOPS & ADDITIONAL FEES

Additional stops are $5 per stop, up to 5 minutes per stop

Extended stops may incur additional charges
-
Stop-related charges are non-refundable
7. REFUND METHOD & TIMING
If a refund is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider

Cash payments may be refunded via electronic method at Company discretion
8. NO CASH REFUND GUARANTEE
Tiny Uberzz does not guarantee cash refunds. All refunds, if issued, may be processed electronically regardless of original payment method.
9. FRAUD & ABUSE PREVENTION
Tiny Uberzz reserves the right to deny refunds for suspected:

Fraud
-
Abuse of service
-
False claims
-
Misrepresentation
-
Repeated refund requests
10. DISPUTE WAIVER
By using the service, you waive the right to:

File payment disputes
-
Initiate chargebacks
-
Pursue reimbursement through third-party providers
Disputes must be addressed directly with Tiny Uberzz and are subject to Company discretion.
11. GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
This Refund Policy shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of South Carolina, with venue in Lexington County, South Carolina, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
Tiny Uberzz reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
