Tiny Uberzz (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) is committed to providing reasonable accessibility accommodations in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), to the extent required and practicable for a private, pre-arranged transportation service.

 

1. SCOPE OF ACCESSIBILITY

Tiny Uberzz operates as a private transportation provider, not a public transportation system, taxi service, or common carrier. Accessibility accommodations are considered on a case-by-case basis and are subject to vehicle availability, driver discretion, safety considerations, and operational limitations.

 

2. ACCESSIBLE COMMUNICATION

We strive to ensure that customers can request service using accessible communication methods, including:

  • SMS (text message) ride requests

  • Direct phone communication

  • Plain-language written communication

Customers may include accessibility needs or accommodation requests directly within their message when submitting a ride request.

 

3. REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS

Where reasonably practicable and safe, Tiny Uberzz may accommodate requests such as:

  • Assistance with entering or exiting the vehicle

  • Allowing mobility aids that can be safely stored

  • Allowing service animals in accordance with applicable law

All accommodation requests are subject to:

  • Vehicle size and configuration

  • Safety requirements

  • Driver capability

  • Local and state regulations

 

4. SERVICE ANIMALS

Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law. Animals that pose a safety risk, are not under control, or create hazardous conditions may result in refusal or termination of service.

 

5. LIMITATIONS & SAFETY CONSIDERATIONS

Tiny Uberzz does not guarantee:

  • Wheelchair-accessible vehicles

  • Specialized medical transport

  • Lifting or physical transfer services

  • Medical supervision or assistance

Drivers are not trained medical professionals and are not required to provide medical or personal care services.

If an accommodation would compromise safety or exceed reasonable capability, service may be declined.

 

6. WEBSITE & DIGITAL ACCESSIBILITY

If applicable, Tiny Uberzz makes reasonable efforts to ensure that its website and digital content are accessible, including:

  • Clear navigation

  • Readable text

  • Mobile-friendly design

However, we do not guarantee that all third-party platforms, browsers, devices, or assistive technologies will function without interruption or error.

 

7. REQUESTING ACCESSIBILITY ASSISTANCE

Customers who require accessibility assistance are encouraged to notify Tiny Uberzz before service by including relevant details in their ride request message.

Providing advance notice helps us determine whether reasonable accommodations can be made.

 

8. NO DISCRIMINATION

Tiny Uberzz does not unlawfully discriminate against individuals on the basis of disability. Service decisions are based on safety, feasibility, and operational capability.

 

9. MODIFICATION OR REFUSAL OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify service arrangements

  • Decline requests

  • Terminate service

when an accommodation request:

  • Creates a direct safety risk

  • Exceeds reasonable operational capability

  • Violates applicable laws or regulations

 

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Accessibility Statement shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, with venue in Lexington County, South Carolina, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

11. CHANGES TO THIS STATEMENT

Tiny Uberzz reserves the right to update or modify this Accessibility Statement at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the current version.
